How can I talk to girls more and not be so shy?

i need some tips as to getting over shyness when talking to girls.



When i think about talking to a certain girl i just dont do it because i dont know what to say.



i think it is because i have had bad experiences with going after girls:

if i go after a girl I like, it falls apart because of my shyness -- if a girl comes to me i really don't like them.

I had this problem once but the best thing to do is talk to her like you would do any girl. Be creative, funny, and play with her emotions!
