How do you talk to girls in high school?

I'm Mexican, and I'm going to a school with mostly white girls. This is my first week, but I don't really know how to talk to them. They always seem to be talking about dresses and gossiping. There's only 2 other guys in my class. What can I do?How do you talk to girls in high school?

dude, only two other guys in your class! umm the odds are definately on your side. you have all the opportunity in the world to talk to them. just be confident and introduce yourself, believe girls LOVE to be talked to and make new friends, especially if their boys :) good luck

Just smile. Act normal. Don't come off as a douche. the main idea is to talk about them and not yourself because that leads to douchieness if you talk about yourself. Keep it interesting.
um just say hi lol jk to start off you should like tap them and sa i dont get this or can i borrow a pencil or if like the teacher assigns homework and they like do a sigh of despair say something like ';not agian'; cept not as lame lol
go over and say ';hey! what up?'; not that hard.

i'm in high school and yea i talk to any guy that goes up to me and says hey or hi. it's simple.
Just talk to some chicks and see what you have in common. Most girls don't want to be treated like they're some sort of different species. As for the stuck up ones, tell them to go to hell.
Most important, remember girls are people too... not just girls... and everyone likes to be heard, so, the key is to listen more than talk.



Interest yourself in their interests just a little, but always be yourself. Don't try to go too far out of your way to identify with them.



All in all, just be a friend... respect them.

How do you talk to girls in high school? Talk to them like you would to anyone else, not like you would to ';the guys'; but like anyone you don't know yet, friendly. Almost all girls are to shy to confront guys, but not all. When a guy comes up and starts talking to a girl just because he wants to, shows that he's brave and can hold his own. Try to grab one and talk to her when she's not around her friends, (unless you want an audience) like at her locker or in the halls. It has the privacy you need for a first time, talk about the homework in class, or how kookie the science teacher is, just have fun!
Dude first think that race has nothing to do with it at all. There is nothing in your appearance that will stop a girl from liking you. Nothing at all!! Usually the trend right now is with online chat to break the ice on myspace and facebook. I however just love talking to any girl in my class if I want to. Some thing to say if you want to talk to them would be questions about their opinion about the class. The real question you should be asking is which girl do i think i really want to talk to. When you find the answer than the rest should be easy. As for the other girls you just want to be friends with just talk about other kids in you class social events or anything you want. Dude, don't be shy you'll get used to it.
Well, girls in high school are mostly concerned about their looks and rank in popularity rather than about love, or bf/gf. However some girls like unique, interesting guys who aren't afraid of expressing some sort of opinion. I, myself like guys who are fun, athletic, and not cocky, meaning not prideful. But be urself, and try talking to them or answering questions for them. Don't worry about it too much though. Good luck!
