How do I talk to girls in the mall as an employee?

I work at a phone kiosk in the mall, and was wondering how to get a conversation started with girls that pass by. I don't need an indepth conversation all the time, but something beyond ';hello';. As far as talking its fine, but I need to know how to get them to stop and not have it relate to phones. Or is a mall employee trying to talk to girls that pass by too creepy? :P thanks!How do I talk to girls in the mall as an employee?
As long as you do it with class and aren't rude or creepy about it its okay, because i work at a mall kiosk too, these two guys i work with -- haha they're both fairly okay looking, but one is a charmer : a gentleman, and shows respect, and flirts in a classy, not pushy way. He makes them want him before he does too much.



On the other case, the second guy is way too pushy and full on hits on any girl he finds attractive, and asks girls out on dates on the spot.



that definitely does not work people treat him like a loser



so i think regardless of mall employee or not, if you're not acting like a loser you'll be ok. just put on your charm!
