I usually don't have an issue talking to girls. My problem is seeing these girls in the hallway and I have no classes with them. How do I talk to them and get their numbers/facebooks?

Just be like, ';Ayo, what's up? how you doin?'; Keep a positive vibe, and they'll want to see more of you. Eventually... hell, as soon as that happens, ask, ';Hey, you have a facebook'; Or, ';Can I have your number'; For homework or somethin', you seem smart, just think of something nice to say. ;)
