How do you approach girls or talk to them?

Like I'm not good at talking to girls, but how would you just approach, and say hi, and maybe even be friends with them?How do you approach girls or talk to them?
suggestion number one dont act awkward or unconfortable around them just talk normally ...like how you would talk to your guy freinds obviously your not going to act awkward or embarrased talking with them ...then the same thing dont do around girls

Well im a girl and personally the best time to approach a girl is when theirs eye contact and a smile, if not then most likely the girl will think your a creep.
