when i am next to a girl i like i just go silent or start saying stupid stuff to my mates and the girl thinks i am a right prat.
i am a geek sterotype and have really childish friends, but i can't really change friends can i, i just have to wait until they become mature.
i went on a trip with some really 'popular' people and it really shows what a prat i really am.
how can i get confidents to stop using stupidness as a defentive techique and try and get some better friends and meet girls? How can i gain confidents to talk to girls?
i used to have similair problems, couldnt ever look a gal i liked in the eye and always ended tlkin bout the weather. this was until one day when i was about sixteen, i stayed up allnite one nite before going to college. now sleep deprivation can cause sum strange thoughts and feelings and on this particular day it made me very hyper and i didnt care what anybody thought of it, i just went with it. throughout the day i met several different gals and because i wasnt bothered what they though of me i unintentionally came accross as quite a confident person and in the following days was asked out on a few dates. alas i already had a gf. however wot it had taught me is that gals, just like urself are worrying about what the opposite sex is thinkin of them and as a result worry less about the other person actin a bit foolish.
also its totally natural to act at least a little bit shy to begin with, generally the thrilly feelings u get when u first gettin together can be a bit breath taking at times. just dont worry about how u come across to other people and be urself. best and most trickiest advice ever. How can i gain confidents to talk to girls?
good after shave mate
pretend to be confident fist then eventually maybe you will be.
you seem like a real nice guy, i would date u lol. Yeah just odnt act stupid have a full on convo with a girl u like ask them how they are what they're doing at the weekend stuff like that + try makin them laugh
the more you talk to us girls the less embarassed you will feel and it sometimes over comes shyness
