Okay, here's the starter. (Her living near you is better for hanging out).



First, obviously, add her in your friends list. You can then either send her messages or IM her if she is online at the same time you are. If you are only looking to be friends, then just be friendly - say hello, talk like friends would talk.



If you are looking to be more than friends, try starting off as becoming her friend.
