Just ask about her family, if she have pets, hobbies, talk about school etc etc, basically just talk about anything you can think of until a conversation begins. Being funny helps too. When your actually chatting you'll probably calm down a bit and start to relax.
First of all don't use the words like and cute a lot, the girl will think that you are weird and lose interest or they may think that you are gay and want to go dude hunting with them. You shouldn't worry about talking to girls because a lot of the time they like some of the same things that you do, so just start asking them some questions about things that they like to do. Or just ask them questions about themselves. You don't need to be nervous about talking to them and once you start talking about something that relates to both of you then the conversation will flow naturally. Don't worry about it, you'll be fine. A lot of girls like it when you can actually have a good conversation with them rather than trying to be overly smooth (kind of corny, if you know what I mean) or trying to impress them by talking about things that are not necessarily true.
