Do freshmen girls talk to seniors?

I'm a senior in high school this year but when i try to talk and hang out with younger girls its not so easy anymore because they mostly hang out with guys in their own grade. so how come when i say hi and try to strike a conversation they just giggle, say ';i dont know'; and leave? do i look too old for them or what? :SDo freshmen girls talk to seniors?
It's a big deal when you're a frosh girl to have a senior guy talk to you. They probably ran off to tell their friends, and are stressing over whether or not you will talk to them again, what they should do, if you think they're cute or just want some, etc.



Usually the guys girls notice first are the seniors. They probably think you're cute if they're giggling - girls never giggle when an ugly guy goes up to them. Seriously, if you were ugly, they would probably have acted drier to you in order to get you away from them ASAP. And even if the senior isn't cute, it's still a pretty big deal to have one talk to you.



Well, that's how it was for me and my friends.Do freshmen girls talk to seniors?
They giggle because a senior is talking to them and they don't know what else to do.

i'm not an expert in these categories but i think that they want to be with their own age. i mean u wouldnt want to talk about gossips and stuffs like that with a 12 or 13 year old, u?

or are u new to that school? if so, they dont know u or something like that.

i am a sophmore but i still have freshmen friends.

first of all, they aren't used to being in classes with different grades. They just came out of grade school where they've had the same classes with the same people for eight years. Give them some time and they'll start talking. (But it is kind of weird to be a senior who talks to freshman. There's nothing wrong with it but if you hang out with them all the time it would be pretty weird.)
at my school all grades hang out together sometimes.

freshmen dont know what to do really.

so maybe talk to sophomores or juniors

When i was a freshman i talked to the seniors they were my hang out group. I liked them a whole lot better then my age group! I even married one of em! =)

It's probably because a senior is actually talking to them.

A lot of my friends are like that, but I'll talk to anyone. Haha.

I always start conversations with older guys at my school, it's fun. lol.

So next time ask them why they are laughing.


They probably think you're hot, and might be nervous since you are older then them...
Because they're fish and all they're thinking is OMG, a senior.
I'm a Freshmen and I talk to all the seniors.

Maybe you should stick to the upper classmen, they could be Nervous.
