How bothered are girls by muscles?

All you ever hear girls talk about is how some people, like JLS for example are so 'fit' and all that, which really demoralises some of the weaker and less attractive people, other than just me. Do the friendly, nice, polite,helpful have any chance with girls or do they just have to be these muscular,fit, good looking, funny guys??How bothered are girls by muscles?
Well, i am a girl, and i love fit men...but fit isnt necessarily muscular....i hate lazy guys who dont look after their selves, and generally, if i guy does enough exercise he will be toned and a good weight...if he keeps that up and spends more time doing high weights low reps in the gym...he will also gain muscle...which is sexy...but its he fitness and health thats important. being polite and nice is also important as having a nice body will get you no where if your personilty and attitude stink. x
