How to talk to girls?

There is a girl at my school I like, and we hav good converstions on msn but when ever she talks to me a t school I cannot think of anything to say! So please help me With this, because and I really want to ask her out but I'm pretty sure she will say no...How to talk to girls?
Firstly, take a chill pill. Make sure you have a few conversation topics planned first. Try not to focus on yourself too much otherwise you'll become self-concious and this will cause the ';awkward oh god what do I say, what do I do moments.'; Try to picture in your head that it's just a good friend you're talking to, this should make you feel a little more comfortable around her. Just look in her eyes and be confident. That's pretty much all you need. When she talks to you just think of any topic - any topic will do as soon as it is something that interests you. I'm sure that you will be more interesting talking about something that interests you.



So just start your day with a smile and be confident. Confidence is all you need to get over that 'fear' of talking to her personally.
The thing you missed is that you dont always have to talk, there are many other things you can do in person when you run out of things to talk about. you can study with her, tell jokes, sit with a group of friends (when theres more ppl, theres more conversation) and the focus isnt all on you, other ppl talk and you can put in your opinion. But if you really insist on talking you can ask questions, that always stirs up converstaion... Whats your biggest fear? Describe your dream vacation? Future plans? How do you spend your free time?

And dont wait too long before asking her out or she will get bored, have a few nice conversations at school then ask her out to dinner and a movie, watch the movie then you can talk about it over a meal, it shouldnt last too long because you have to leave her wanting more. Dont show her you are desperate.
OH u MR. SHY.........boys r always like that!!!!Even i think why u boys can't speak clearly!!!Even if u get a chance u waste the time in beating about the bush!!!!!!!! Well........if u want to talk to her....talk as if u talk in internet.......say hello or hi...and then start talking about the last time u chat on msn with her!!!Just get a simple topic to start she would love.............and then all the things would be simple to do!!!!!!!!!

well if you know shes gonna say no why ask for advice? rejection sucks but don't count yourself out before you try but if you really want to try to talk to her just talk to her like shes a friend dont let her know your so into her girls dont like obvious guys!!!!
just ask her out. weather she says no or yes just be yourself. and dont be an *** if she says no.
sorry but im usually in the same situation as you, but i would usually start by thinking of a bunch of things to ask before engaging
if you're so sure that she would say no , then why ask her at all ? ? ?
She will not say NO...go on and ask her.
