well the talking got to come first, before the hanging out. Talk and get to know them, get their myspaces or whatever url they have, and talk to them on their also. The more ways you can communicate with them the more you will be on their mind. Then when the time is right stop talking to them online and get their numbers so you can talk to them over the phone, then thats when you ask them if you want to hang out. cant tell you too much how to do that, but just be yourselfHow to talk to girls?
