Why cant i talk to girls?

i am a 17 year old senior in high school and i havent had a gf sence my freshmen year. i think that mostly it is cuz of me not being able to talk to girls. i can talk to girls but not the beautiful ones lol i talk a lot to ppl i know but i am shy when first meeting someone witch i think is why i have been havin trouble gettin someone to be with.



but what i want to know is how can i bring up my confidence with girls when first meeting them.Why cant i talk to girls?
Just try to stay calm, when your gonna talk to them, its really not that hard, just talk about anything that can start a conversation.
