How to talk in mother tongue fast and clear with strangers too?

There are so many complains about me that i am speaking very slowly and broking the sentence.i am not completing the sentences fully...slowly and shortly answering to any questions..gal friend ,,friend..relatives all are tellling.. is there any way to solve my problem?

Note:i am bacically wont talk much with people from schooling itself..after coming to college somewhat i try to talk with people..i always like to hear the people speaking..i am thinking much before talk..if i start to speak i will speak frankly..when i get anger i speak much..i can say i am introvert..but i hate to be introvert..if a person start to speak with me i will mingle easily.but wont talk when others are not come to speak with me in anywhereNice talking Girls can u give me a best solution to my problem?

Anyways, you can learn to talk faster only by talking... So practice,,, try to talk to more people,,,, Practice makes everything perfect.... lol

And 1 more thing ...if it's your nature, you don't need to change it for someone else....

If you're having many complains about it, Yeah, you' ve to try a lil bit to change...

I dont know what you are trying to say ...you seem to be very intelligent just like - Crystal ';..GUTTER..'; Fly ( Ms Kaur or princess ) ..she is the smartest women I have met in Yahoo Answers ..who owns a Mazda 5 ..she was earlier working as a mechanic - now cleans the sewers in Canada ...in Toronto.She has been awarded the Best Worker by Canadian Government ..we already have lot of photographs of Ms Gutter fly cleaning all the Sewers in Toronto. Do you know about Ms Crystal ';Gutter'; Fly..?..?
If you like which way you are ,than nothing wrong enjoy it your self.but you want to change your self,you have to start talking with people around you,plus start to go party and some social gathering some thing like that.go movie/dinner/lunch with friend and start talk about it than you find subject.no big deal you talk less.best talk about girls with your friends most boys like that.
